Rafał Płókarz - Chairman of the Audit Committee
Doctor of Economics. Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the College of Europe (supervisor: Prof. L.Balcerowicz). Studies and training at foreign universities, in: Angers, Nancy and DePaul University in Chicago.
Between 1994 and 2007, employee of banks: Société Générale, Polski Bank Rozwoju, BRE Bank (now mBank) and Bank BPH. In the latter two, in 2002-2007, he held the position of director of private banking departments, managing sales and consulting teams of several dozen employees in the private banking area. Between 2007 and 2009, he was vice-president (senior vice-president) and member of the Management Committee of the private bank Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg, as well as founder and CEO of the bank's Polish representative office, specialising in wealth management services. Since 2009, member of supervisory boards and audit committees of three companies of the listed Caspar capital group, a non-bank leader in the market of asset management services and distribution of investment funds: Caspar Asset Management SA, Caspar TFI SA and F-Trust SA. Assistant Professor at the School of Banking in Toruń (since 2009), the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw (since 2000) and the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz (2017-2018). Author of dozens of scientific publications on finance and banking, including monographs: "Global Financial Markets" (PWN 2013) and "Personal Banking" (CeDeWu 2017).
Independent member within the meaning of the Capital Market Regulations and the Act on Statutory Auditors.
Mirosław Babiaczyk
Graduate of the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Legal counsel, co-founder in 1993 and Senior Partner of one of the largest law firms in Wielkopolska - Babiaczyk Skrocki i Wspólnicy sp. k. Doctoral degree at the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Scholarship holder of the Max-Planck-Institut Freiburg in Breisgau (Germany) and Universität Bayreuth (Germany).
Author of numerous scientific publications, lecturer at scientific conferences on issues of Polish and German commercial law. For many years a Judge of the Arbitration Court at the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Warsaw. Experienced advisor and negotiator in national and international investment processes and commercial negotiations. An expert in local government issues. Specialist in business law, commercial law, competition law and energy law.
Wojciech Koczara
Legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (since 2003), graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (1998). He specialises in real estate law. He was a partner in the largest Polish law firms, including Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (2021-2023) and the international law firm CMS (2006-2021), where he headed the Real Estate and Construction Department in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He is the author of numerous publications in the real estate publishing house CH Beck, including co-author of the book "Lease of commercial premises" (2024).
