Rafał Jerzy - President of the Management Board
Rafał Jerzy has been President of the Management Board of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. (formerly: MAKRUM S.A.) since September 2007.
Graduate of the Technical and Agricultural University in Bydgoszcz - Master of Science in Agriculture. Completed the Management 2000 training and consulting programme for business practitioners organised by the Canadian International Management Institute and Harvard Business School Publishing.
Founder, President of the Management Board and for many years co-owner of IMMOBILE Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz owning real estate, mainly hotels. It operated a chain of its own hotels under the FOCUS brand. In 2014, IMMOBILE Sp. z o.o. was acquired by the company Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. (formerly: MAKRUM S.A.).
He is also an entrepreneur and investor with significant experience in the textile and clothing industry as well as in real estate trading and leasing. Since 1991, he has founded and managed several companies in the textile industry, including PBH S.A., which owns a chain of clothing shops operating under its own brand "Quiosque". He has worked with real estate companies for more than 20 years and has carried out several commercial and residential real estate investments.
Piotr Fortuna - Member of the Management Board
Member of the Management Board of the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group since March 2015.Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Gdańsk Banking Academy.In 1992-2006 he worked in corporate banking (Bank Gdański S.A., Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., BZ WBK S.A.).Associated with the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group since 2007. He coordinated the process of introducing the Company's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2011, the Financial Director of the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group. Sits on the Supervisory Boards of the following Group companies: PJP Makrum S.A, Atrem S.A., Focus Hotels S.A.
Mikołaj Jerzy - Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics as a Master of Finance and Accounting with a specialisation in corporate finance. He has been associated with the Immobile S.A. Capital Group since July 2013.
He served, among others, as a member of the management board of Focus Hotels S.A. (2014 - 2015) and member of the management board of PBH S.A. (2021 - 2023). Since April 2021 he has been President of the Management Board of Dlako Sp. z o.o. and since 29.04.2022 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Focus Hotels S.A..
on 17.01.2024, the Supervisory Board of the Immobile Group S.A. passed a resolution to appoint Mikołaj Jerzy to the Management Board of the Company. At GKI, he is responsible for, among other things, investor relations and acquisitions.
Paweł Mirski - Member of the Management Board
Graduated from the University of Gdansk as a Master of Arts in Political Science with a specialisation in International Relations. Since 2013 he has been involved with the Immobile Capital Group S.A., holding management positions in its subsidiaries, first as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Focus Hotels S.A., and since 2015 in Focus Hotels S.A. as President of the Management Board and Managing Director of the company. From 2010 to 2013, he was employed by Vienna International as Marketing Director for Poland, and prior to that, he worked for the Hilton and Marriott hotel chains.
