GROUP STRUCTURE
The Group's portfolio includes more than a dozen companies and brands from various industries: hospitality, property development, automation and electrical engineering, industrial and industrial construction. The key companies in the group are Focus Hotels S.A., CDI Konsultanci Budowlani Sp. z o.o., Atrem S.A., PJP Makrum S.A., Promstahl Sp. z o.o. and Projprzem Budownictwo Sp. z o.o.. One of the Group's main competitive advantages is to exploit segment synergies to meet market needs more efficiently. Diversification is our way to stability in a difficult economic environment.
The volatility of the economy as a whole is not the same as the volatility of individual industries, so the business model we adopt makes us resilient to negative changes in a particular sector. We believe that a diversified business area will allow us to achieve more stable financial results. This has been confirmed in recent years, where, thanks to the synergy of our companies, we have been able to better respond to the difficult and dynamically changing economic situation.
We try to develop all sectors symmetrically. In percentage terms, industry and industrial construction account for the largest share of revenue in most reporting periods.
GENERAL MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS
The Company's Annual General Meetings, like those of most companies listed on the WSE, have been held every year in June for many years. In addition, the company convenes Extraordinary General Meetings whenever there is a need for a majority of shareholders to take a decision that is important to the company.
At the Annual General Meetings (AGM), decisions such as the approval of the company's reports (financial, management, supervisory board, etc.) or the discharge of the members of the management and supervisory boards are taken annually. In addition, at AGMs, as well as extraordinary AGMs, the assembled shareholders vote on important issues for the company.
We strongly recommend attending the General Meetings of the IMMOBILE GROUP. For many years, our company has been one of the leaders of meetings of this kind among WSE companies, each time striving to give shareholders added value. That is why we enrich the traditional, formal structure of these meetings with initiatives such as company fairs, presentations on the industries we operate and invest in, meetings and Q&As with the management board, inviting recognised market authorities to discussions. We organise all this within the walls of the hotels and restaurants we own, over a shared coffee or dinner.
Once the shareholder has been informed that a new General Meeting has been convened, he or she should contact the brokerage house that maintains his or her account and submit an instruction to register for the AGM. This can be done in person, by telephone or, in some institutions, online via an application. The cost of registration depends on the price list of the brokerage house in question, usually PLN 30-50.
These are available in the AGM section, each time a new General Meeting is convened by current report.
